What’s a credit?
Credits pay for the AI reading. We round in your favour: a thread can run up to 20 comments past a band before it costs more, so 120 comments is still 1 credit. You see the cost before you start, and nothing is charged if an analysis fails.
Need more in a month? Plus and Pro can add 15 credits for $10. Extra credits don’t expire; monthly credits reset each month.
The 2 free analyses cover the 200 most-upvoted comments of a thread, and the report says when it was cut.

What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI reading of a thread. A thread with up to 100 comments uses 1 credit, 101–200 uses 2, 201–300 uses 3, and each further 100 comments adds 1. A thread can run up to 20 comments past a band before it costs more, so 120 comments is still 1 credit. You see the cost before you start.
What do the 2 free analyses include?
Every new account gets 2 free analyses. Each covers the 200 most-upvoted comments of a thread, and the report says when it was cut. No card is needed.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Nothing but volume. Both include full single-thread reports, research topics across threads, product readouts and unlimited exports. Plus has 30 credits a month; Pro has 120, which works out 40% cheaper per credit.
What does Starter include?
Starter is for exporting threads only: unlimited thread exports from the Chrome extension, with control over which fields to keep. It does not include analysis credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each month. Extra credits bought as a pack (15 for $10, on Plus and Pro) don’t expire.
What does a research topic or a product readout cost?
A research topic, which combines several thread reports, uses 2 credits per version. A product readout, which reads a report against your own product, uses 1 credit.
What if an analysis fails?
Credits for a failed analysis are refunded automatically.
Is there a discount?
Your first billing month is 15% off on Starter, Plus and Pro. Prices are in USD.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, any time, from Plan and billing in the app.
